Good pistol tester round. If you gun car run Tula, you gun can run anything.

You are absolutely right. Headspace and dirty chambers is the problem. Not the steel case. The steel case has nothing to do with malfunctions. It is the dirtier powder and the loads being weaker that is the problem. If you loaded brass with the same load as steel you would have the same problem.

Turns out they didn’t even have any in stock, even though it was still on their website (and still is) they only had a couple boxes of Fioochi left which I took, and
had to resort to Big 5 for a couple 100 round boxes of winchester, at least I had coupons for $20 off per box, ammo still not easy to find in my area ..
          Thanks again everyone !

For the same price, what are the options?

Don't have experience with standard wolf ammo but wolf gold works good for me.

While headspace has a factor it is not the only factor. Anyone that actually owns machine guns knows this issue with steel case ammo. There is a huge difference between semi auto and a machine gun due to heat. I could run 1000 rounds of steel in a semi ar15 with no issues. A few 60 round mags in full auto will wreak havoc.
The weakest link breaks. With a 1919 it is the cartridge case. With an AR-15 it is the extractor. If it was only headspace my mg42 would have problems. It never has a problem with steel case. Same with an AK-47. They rattle apart quickly.

I like to make sure that all of my guns cycle steel ammo. Wolf has always been the best of the bunch for my guns. Normally, I don't shoot steel except for my Mosin and SKS.

CommieBloc guns made for it? Maybe they just didn’t worry about wear in an all steel tool where they just make more while their people starve?
Americans and West Europeans worry about it more? More worried about cost of said tool wear?
