Feh, who needs gloves... Altho, I've been known to wear a full face respirator when working with hoppes #9.

All the time. I don't like residue from solvents on my hands when I'm eating.

When I clean my gun, I don't wear any gloves, but I do make sure to wash my hands carefully because I wear contacts.

I do have a box of latex gloves sitting around for general purpose stuff (for disposing of bodies, OLLs, magazines)

I wear nitrile gloves. Besides the fact it keeps the solvent off my hands, I feel like I can handle my guns without having to constantly whipe off the oil and prints.

Never have and doubt that I ever will. Besides, my girl loves the smell of Hoppes on me.

I wear a basic medical examinaiton type glove, keeps the hands clean and free of solvents..

Mostly I just have to clean the barrel on my rifles.

I LOVE to use no gloves when I get down and dirty with my 1911.

Latex for cosmoline, though. You'd be stupid not to if you don't want to spend 5 hours at the sink.

I get boxes of cheap gloves at harbor freight and use them when I clean my guns. If I shoot non metal jacketed ammo, I take alchohol hand wipes with me to clean my hands of lead. When at the range, I always wash my hands several times throughout the session.

I also have the automotive hand cleaner, the stuff you can buy at Walmart and auto stores that smells like Orange. It works VERY well for cleaning hands from all kinds of gun residue.

No, but I don't wear gloves at work (mechanic), either.
