For clarity, WHO DID YOU CALL, THAT MADE THOSE CLAIMS?

FEDERALLY, When a FFL in AZ, runs a mandated NICS BG check. Vast majority clear in minutes. 3 DAYS is the maximum allowed for a NICS/FBI DELAY. If they can find nothing to prohibit the transfer in that time. THEY MUST approve the transfer.

Not the 30 days codified in Crap O Fornica law. Here in Kali, it is the Ca-DOJ initiating the overwhelming number of delays.

In Az, getting consistent FBI/NICS delays, suggests something is amiss in the NICS records. Were I you, I would request your FBI RAP sheet and check for yourself.

If they can't do their job and provide you with a definitive answer (approved or denied) which is what you paid them to do then the very least they should do is refund you your DROS fee back, because you didn't get what you paid for. Otherwise it is nothing but outright theft.
You get no arguments from me. But when does the government ever voluntarily refund anything for their incompetence/malfeasance, or even admit an error or a lie?

The trouble is, the People have allowed all of this to happen. I don't mean by "voting wrong," either. I, for one, don't believe the "elections" are legit at all, long before 2020.

I totally agree with that. There is no rhyme or reason for me to be delayed. It's been 2 times in a row so far. I have PPT I'm supposed to pick up Monday, I guess I'll see what happens with that.

I was able to purchase some ammo today, no problem. Just after coming up “undetermined” for a gun purchase. Go figure.

The California "government" - especially the Department of "Justice" - is ran by committed apparatchiks opposed to the very concept of self-defense, especially against them, provided for in the Second Amendment. So none of what's happening should be surprising.
