Will it switch to undetermined tomorrow? Confused. FFL thinks 30 days started when DOJ notified them of delay, but PC 28220 says:

Should I try again tomorrow? Or is it 30 days from delay notification?
Longest I have waited past the 30 days with 6 days to a total of 36 Days even though it's released on undetermined the FFL still has to get a release number from the doj and their hands are tied until they receive that number had one experience where they were waiting for one to come through the snail mail I've had an experience to where they had to call the doj to get numbers not just for me but for more people too that were on that status you just have to wait

Following up; was moved to undetermined and the eagle has landed.

Looks like the DOJ moved it manually, as the earliest pick-up time showed as early this morning, which was technically 31 days after DROS.

tsk tsk Bonta boi....you done violated the law according to PC 28220.

First time delayed here. Valid CCW holder & State issued guard card from BSIS, still got delayed. What a joke!

Which it was. We counted the days together, which is when the FFL began to assume it was from the date of delay notification which sounded incorrect.

I got one on July 29th, 2022 and to this date, it's still being processed I have emailed them and they referred me to a different department and have called the same thing they said well wait 30 days more it's a waste of time to me maybe you will have better luck. I went to an FFL that releases on undetermined just in case and I got it in 10 days with no problem. I don't know if it's due to the Live scan or if they got their heads out of there...

    2. No, and many FFLs who do not release on undetermined will actually have you re DROS because they kinda have you over a barrel. The ones I've talked to that do not release on undetermined also have a restocking fee if you don't end up taking the gun.
    3. I'm sure it happens, but my experience is 30 days then undetermined.

This is typically 3-6 months so don't be surprised if you keep getting delayed for a few more months.
Keep using FFL's that release on undetermined for these next few months too.
    Ah okay. Thanks man

Got them added. If they have a phone number for the new location, feel free to let me know as I didn't immediately see it online.

The amount of moneythe doj is raking from prople having to do two dross' must be massive. And those that do not know about the undetermined scam most likely give up or keep trying at the same store .when they rip and gouge, they do it on many fronts . The things they do might ve stupid to us ,but it seems to be working out great for them .
