No..no..no. It’s nothing like that. I just seen it advertised and wanted to know who was using this oil.

There is another oil that I found interesting. It’s call Gunfighter oil. All these oils are synthetic oils. I’m just wondering how well they perform.

I use Slip2000 for everything. I don't see the need to try out something new every time one of these war/tech name variations come out.

I used to use Slip 2000 until one of the 1911 pistols that I purchased stated to not use Slip 2000 because it causes galling. Instead, it came with a bottle if Gibbs.

Interesting. I thought that was a thing of the past. What make and model?

Frog Lube is the best! Use Frog Lube!

I use G96 on my semi-automatics, the military already did all their testing with it so I reckon it must be good enough for a civilian like me.

You should be asking for a refund for that gun. No gun should be galling due to a specific type of gun oil applied.

Slip works great in my 1911's. Frog lube works great on the garage door rails.

Don't tell anybody, but Slip2k works great on garage door rails. Motorcycle chains, tools, hinges, hood springs/hinges on 80's Chevy/GMC pickups etc...

I use slip as a general house lube but it will gum up a garage door rail.

Stick with Frog Lube for that. Hoppes #9 makes a great smelling salt.

I applaud the use of a synthetic lube but the very best lubes have a relatively high content of either molybdenum disulfide or tungsten disulfide in it. I keep mentioning this from time to time and no one seems to pay attention. Both of those materials have a lower coefficient of friction than even Teflon. They can handle extreme pressure and extreme temperatures, they stay in place inside the micro pores of even polished materials, and are completely inert. Tungsten disulfide is even spayed onto the surfaces of medical implants such as artificial knees, shoulders, elbows, etc. One cannot find a better lubricant. I have some tungsten disulfide in a spray can that I spray on my AR bolt. No other lube.
