    Great Train Robberies 2022

I'm sure everyone has heard about Amazon packages being stolen off of trains in L.A. What they (LAPD, ATF, UP) didn't mention, especially during douchebag Newsom's recent visit, was that there have been numerous firearms and ammunition stolen as well.

I'm okay with armed guards shooting thieves...at Rite Aid, Target, on trains, etc.

The weapons thefts offer a sobering peek into the vulnerability of rail networks that are part of supply routes that help deliver guns to stores and consumers.
Too many rifles, not enough time...

I read they got away with a bunch of guns from those train ripoffs, it didn't say what kind though,
I didn't buy fireworks on the 4th of July, if I want fireworks I'll call my ex-wife.

We are looking more and more like Mexico. Train Robberies are very very
common across Mexico and Central America. Now they are here!

60% of the train robbery is recorded in Guanajuato, Mexico

The average of train robberies in Guanajuato is more than 500 burglarized freight railroad containers per month, representing a total of 60% of these kind of crimes along the country.

Deputy for Guanajuato and member of the Congress Security Commission, Beatriz Manriquez said that “more than 6,000 of these thefts take place every year across the state of Guanajuato”.During 2015, more than 10,000 train robberies occurred in Mexico, resulting in losses of up to one billion US dollars. On September Saturday 17 and Sunday 18, two actual train lootings were caught on video in the municipalities of Salamanca and Celaya, Guanajuato state, where entire families participated in the robberies, including children, in both cases the outer brake was used by local residents to stop the train and ransack the freight wagons.

Time to hire more Pinkerton Railroad Police. It's not like these trains are being hit on the move.

From the sound and looks some of the 'hauls', looks like vehicles are needed to transport the goods.

Also by the looks of opened boxes along the tracks, it appears that it's not just hit and run, since the perps have time to open boxes and crates to check contents before departing.

You know there has to be cameras around, they are every place else. ...but that's after the fact.

                Organized, or just opportunists?

                Respectfully

Then Newsom just turns around and blames law-abiding gun owners for “gun violence”.

It won't be long before trains are stopped out in the country and robbed. It's not hard to turn signals red. It would take hours before authorities arrived.

Looks like they got themselves new guns too!

LOS ANGELES (AP) — Authorities say dozens of handguns and shotguns were among items stolen by thieves who raided cargo containers aboard trains near downtown Los Angeles for months.

The Los Angeles Times reports police arrested three people last summer carrying new .22-caliber handguns. A trace of the weapons revealed they came from a batch of 36 handguns reported missing as they were being shipped by train to Tennessee.

I said in another post… have an armed national guardsman on every other car. With orders to use whatever force is necessary. Problem solved.

Another train behind them would probably arrive soon enough.

                              Train burglaries

Actually organized groups or gangs do in fact burglarize cargo containers on board moving trains. They use battery operated cut off grinder/tools to cut the security bolts in the hasps, also bolt cutters. Almost all cargo shipments have high security security bolts applied in the locking hasp when shipped.. They use walkie talkies to communicate to cars following the train. When train stops they rapidly unload the cargo to be picked up when the train leaves. The thefts shown in the news lately is done by local East LA gangs. Some groups specifically target the trains. These groups will follow trains all the way to Las Vegas.. When trains stop out there it is totally isolated especially in the Baker, california area. The weapons being talked about now were stolen last April I beieve.
