Froglube is coconut oil with added scent and color.

It was proven. Also it attracts ants.

I read something a couple months ago where someone was speculating that FrogLube was nothing more than scented coconut oil, based solely on the fact that ants had infested his Beretta M92 that he had lubed with FrogLube. Well, as it happens, my brother is working on his Chemistry PHD at UConn...

        Appropriate location.

i use break free clp and mostly hoppes cleaners.
i don't use clp in place of a lubricant on wear points.

It doesn't attract ants. I use it on my sliding door and shower curtain and those are the only places I don't have ants!

I use what ever I have including motor oil but I used G96 when I was younger and that stuff has the best smell imo, it's probably a poisonous air freshener but I dig it.
