There was a thread here long ago about getting an FFL3 and a COE with links to have ammo delivered at home. Both links were dead. I have the FFL3 application now, but does anyone have a link for the COE?

You need to do two things if I remember correctly. Download form BCIA 8016 take it to livescan fingerprint place. Ups stores are good. See bullet point #6 for pdf form

Then create an account at cfars website and go to coe application follow the instructions that are one site. Fill it out and enter your livescan number and info there.

You could read the instructions on cfars before you do anything. I only renew now so it's been a while
