The failures look to be between where the brass was resized and the case head.
I'm kinda ocd about reloads and always use the same headstamp brass for each batch of reloads... but then again I load mostly for revolver (and revolver-caliber lever actions).
When the time comes for me to load my own once-fired Winchester brass for my .45 Autos, the brass will have a consistent number of resize cycles on 'em. After so many cycles, it's time to scrap the brass.
That may be what happened here. Range brass that had been resized, reloaded, fired and resized again one too many times...
