Gun laws are confusing enough in this country and state. We are lucky to have knowledgeable LE and attorneys participating in these discussions. We owe it to them, ourselves and future readers to try and keep discussions of these laws - especially technical discussions - on point in these other subforums.

They don't automatically return a gun that's confiscated, tested and then no charges filed but there is a process to get it back.
They sure don't fix the gun.

If some person is confused and thinks cold weld that identifies as fusion weld is a real topic, that’s hard times daddy.
No amount of anything is going to clear up a discussion for such peoples.
I do understand what you are saying though, and will use discretion in the future.

A lot of people legitimately think that JB weld is an actual weld because weld is in the name of the product.
