    Spotted someone carrying concealed today.

A guy came into my work today wearing a Winchester hat, shorts, a white USMC t-shirt, and a big baggy gray jacket. He was very polite and as I was ringing him up I realized that it was way too hot out for him to be wearing that jacket.

It was seriously sweltering out and our AC was busted. I watched while he was walking out and I spotted a bulge on his right side under the jacket. I'm thinking I spotted someone carrying concealed.

Guess it wasn't very well concealed, was it?

Maybe he had penis displacement surgery.

Even with a jacket it was still noticeable? Dang, maybe you should have politely pointed it out so he could figure out a better way to carry?

            Maybe he was the cops.

Presumably he had a CCW. However, I would suggest that he work out a better CCW method for the warmer months. The jacket is a dead giveaway.

What could you possible carry that can't be covered with a jacket?

I was eating lunch in Adelanto this week and four people walked in with holsters and guns. I took a minute or two before they turned to see they were LEO. A couple of the guys at my table noticed, but I don't think anyone else did. One of the guys at my table only noticed because he was checking out the female detective....I think it was after the second full "up and down" motion of his head.

As for CCW's, I always notice the ones that carry with the fanny pack.

It was probably someone like myself who wears a knife pouch on his belt.

Maybe it was a high tech cell phone or something.

Maybe he was just happy to see you.

I think Turby is right..there may be folks may need to improve on their CCW methods in some cases.

Some folks are just good at picking people out of the crowd. I used to work in a retail situation in a tough neighborhood and had a female technician who was very street smart. She was always running up to me and saying, "Hey that guy is carrying, and it's a revolver/automatic". I'd take a second look, and sure enough, she'd be right. One of the guys she pointed out was from the range and legally had a CCW. It was the jacket and hot weather combo that caught her attention.

I was in Paris about a month ago and I saw a guy on a private security detail with his IWB glock fully exposed by his t-shirt blowing up in the wind and hooking up over the holster. He was standing around for about 10 minutes fully exposed on one of the busiest streets in Paris like this.

Nobody called the cops. Don't even think anyone else noticed. I took pictures, haven't bothered to upload em though.

Sweet. I wear a jacket all the time. Does this mean every one thinks I'm carrying.
