Disappointed with Strike industries

Ok. I rarely put bad review on companies especially companies related to our 2nd 2nd amendment. but with Strike industries, i am speechless. I understand they said they need 3 to 5 business days to process the order to ship it out. I ordered my G.U.M mounting plate for my pistol on 11/30 until today my order is still on processing. tried to contact them by calling and no one pick up the phone. Their voice mail always full and I unable to leave a voicemail. i tried to send a ticket and all they said mine order is still process and staff sound very rude when answering customer concern and due to past holiday promo they are backed up. I understand that holidays may causing the delay. but it been more than 2 weeks from Thanksgiving, black Friday, and cyber Monday already. I did order holosun 407k from other company all the way from TN and the holosun got to my door after 2 days. I had read some review about strike industries being late for their shipping and bad customer reviews but I gave it a tried and feel very regret. Probably this will be my last purchase from them.

I ordered a trigger from Timney 3 weeks ago. They told me 3-4 weeks before it’s out the door. I would have been better off ordering from Opticsplanet.

I just get their stuff at the LGSs, they all carry them. From fin grips to stock locks and even extended charging handles.

I've got stuff from Ballistics and Xsteel, none have shipped for 2 weeks....

I know people shipping for Christmas but if they arrange with customer 3 to 5 business days to ship out then you have to follow that. if you unable keep your words then do not put it up. if you put it up like that and unable to reach it that mean you like to your customer. back to the holosun i ordered from different company. they also said they backed up and will start shipping after 3 days and i received my holosun 2 days after i order.

Right now there is significant strain on the shipping industry and we're in the midst of the holidays.

I'm sure they are noting that items usually ship within 3-5 business days. It's not a guarantee, it's an estimate based on typical past operations.

Given the current hot market on guns, holiday shopping, and general shape of the shipping industry, I think you're being unreasonable in your assessment of Strike.

If you're that upset about the wait just cancel the order and take your business somewhere else. If it's something that they make that nobody else does then suck it up and stop whining. I'm sure you'll survive the wait.

I waited MONTHS for Aridus to have their CROM RMR mount back in stock. Whining and complaining and throwing a hissy fit wasn't going to make it any better or get me the mount any faster.

Truly a first-world problem.

I'd be surprised if you get it this year!

Not making excuses for them or anybody else.

However businesses are buried with lack of employees, shipping issues and lack of product. Updating their website info, answering the phone, etc., is a low / nonexistent priority.

In past years ordering online between Thanksgiving and Christmas has always been a crap shoot. This year is the worst I've ever seen .

Like others have said, either cancel your order or wait.
