i hope no one took my review as a dismissal of their value

it works ok and is cheap i just like people being fully informed about the design limitations

you can see the little strip of grip tape i put on thisjust gives my fingertips something to hold on to

i guess i should have left on the warning sticker its more grippy than the grips

For $150, what other 9mm could you buy that has been proven in many a test to work consistently
Uh, not no matter what you do to them. A YouTuber dropped/threw one at the ground once and the slide cracked on a rock. No other handgun he has done that to on his channel did that. Of course, we don't normally throw/drop our guns on or at rocks, but FYI. The pot metal slide is not going to hold up to hard use and many thousands of rounds. That and the recoil impulse ,sights, trigger are all horrible....but it will work as a range toy and for people who don't use their guns hard.

I never had any issues with mine whatsoever. It was quite reliable.

I thought about buying a HI POINT just for fun , but thats still around $200 after DROS / TAX

I rather use the money for $200 off a new GLOCK 26 , you enjoy things more when they are better quality

something has to be good enough to be used by Military / LE , the HP is below my standards to buy it.
