I would go through that place with a fine tooth comb. I recall a while back, at least 10-15 years, were a family bought a foreclosed home and went to remodel it and found all kind of crap (money, guns, ammo, jewlery, bonds) stuffed on the walls,crawlspace, ceilings. Someone else might remember it as it was on like 20/20 or NBC or one of these news shows. They had the ATF out there and everything.

Better to do a once over of the place as I know West Pittsburg and the gangs that hang there.
