      I should look at mine. They are identical to the first pic. I think I have about 10 of those. Never looked at actual markings yet remember they proudly say "Made in China". I also have the 75 round drums that were spring recoil. These were being sold in crates back in the 90's and were super cheap. They all work good. The mags are solid and lock well with the AK. It was a good time when the Chinese dumped the market with imports. I even got a Chinese bayonet. It's pretty sharp still. Amusing that these items may have collector value.

        I think a few of mine are Chinese as well. I have no complaints but I really do not shoot my AK's all that much. It is funny here is a thread where people are actually saying "Made in China = Good" ... a lot different than the OT

          It's only the Polytech magazine that demand the highest prices, the chrome follower set's them apart, highpower posted the real deal, don't get ripped off.

          I bought a bolt body not long ago, same Polytech Distributor that was way back, he's still in Georgia.
