I do illegal stuff everyday. Today was no different. I took the tag off a mattress and drove 26 mph in a residential neighboorhood.

500 per 30 applies even to a dealer

a firearms dealer licensed pursuant to Sections 26700 to 26915, inclusive, shall automatically be deemed a licensed ammunition vendor, provided the dealer complies with the requirements of Articles 2 (commencing with Section 30300) and 3 (commencing with Section 30342) of Chapter 1 of Division 10 of Title 4.

30342. (a) Commencing January 1, 2018, a valid ammunition vendor license shall be required for any person, firm, corporation, or other business enterprise to sell more than 500 rounds of ammunition in any 30-day period.

I just don't have room to store it all at my new place (apartment). And I'm not gonna be able to shoot it all just for the hell of it lol. It'll burn out my barrel long before I make a dent.

Ok, so I can sell to someone with an 03FFL/COE/C&R? But the 500-round limit still applies? I don't wanna get in trouble by selling more than the legal limit to someone who isn't who they say they are.

I know a couple guys looking for 6.5 creedmoor if that's what you have for sale. Also, if you find out about the FFL03/COE ammo sells, they have that also.
