Body armor banned in '07?

So, I was at the Crossroads gun show in Costa mesa this last weekend and was picking through one of the booths with body armor and ceramic plates.

As I was thumbing through what they had (just more for the neat-o factor) when one of the guys there mentioned that body armor was going to be banned for private citizens in '07.

I know there has been a lot of talk of legislation on this, but is there a law passed that will go in effect in '07 to something of this nature?

I remember at least 10 years ago standing next to someone who was buying a case of 00 Buck in B&B.
He said they were banning it.

What ever happened to B&B The last I heard of them was when the LAPD borrowed some rifles to use in that North Hollywood bank robbery gig.

Yep. That same guy has been saying that S**t ever since he started doing the Costa Mesa Show.
He even has quotes from Senator Feinswine taped on the table.

I wouldn't buy from him even if they really are going to ban them.

Yea thats the problems with gun shows & gun vendors they always say "it'll be banned soon so buy it now" but the problem is... it could be true... might not be at the moment. Give it a year though and a bill really might show up in march or somethin.
