Trust for carry? Trijicon RMR. Holosun makes great stuff, just not sure I’m willing trust it for carry. Imho -
i use a trijicon rmr on my P01 had to use a rmr plate. Was milled by CGW.
I believe the use of the 507k and RMRcc will save you the $200 to buy the plate since they can direct mill it to the slide.
I've had to return my Type 1 RMR for battery issues no issue yet with a type 2 version.Comment

For a serious use red dot, be sure to watch the reviews from Sage Dynamics. Basically the gold standard for pistol red dot durability reviews.

I've had a CZ P-01 and a CZ Rami both milled by Cajun Gun Works for Leupold Deltapoint Pro red dots. This worked out well both times. At one point the Deltapoint Pro was considered second only to the Trijicon RMR. I don't know if this is still true.Comment

FWIW, the Holosun 507 series has two reticles built in. A single dot, and a 32moa circle reticle.
My eyes are not what they used to be, a larger circle reticle makes a difference for me.CRPA Lifetime MemberComment
