I am starting to get into more of the improvised munitions category like booby traps; I'm getting so broke. It's a good thing uncle Sam spent all that money training me in such things back in the 1960s. He.He.

I can't believe the average price of a house in SoCal is over $700K. Yet people are paying above listing price to get them.

People are standing in LINE to over pay for Homes there. My grandma sold her place in Chatsworth a few back for $550k and moved up here to Redding. 2 months later the house flipped for $725k

                Not that crazy.

There still seems to be a lot of ammo and G19 Gen 3 handguns in the marketplace for weeks.

Yeah, and I'm seeing more "this will come with XXX rounds of ammo" listings too.
                  Yes you can have 2 C&R 03 FFL's; 1 in California and 1 in a different state.

Yeah, it's crazy. I check Zillow every no and again to see what the house is worth. In January they said it was worth $518,000. Right now they are estimating $562,000 with a $35K+ increase in the last 30 days.

Prices are pretty wacky. There's a HK USC for $1700 for sale, which is a lot of money, but given what some handguns are going for it's a relative steal.

Not necessarily. The threshold for a married couple was around $150k. That's well above average for 90% of the country. We are below that threshold because my wife is a stay at home mom and I bring home the bacon, and we live very comfortably. I bought a ton of parts and a few new firearms with our stimulus, on top of paying off the wife's car. We are in a much better financial position than the majority.

I haven’t seen that one but that’s a $2500 gun in the used market and $2900 MSRP. Anyone charging over $3000 has no idea what they are worth.

Offer the owner $2500 since it’s used. That’s all you will see here for that gun.

For me I don’t like them at all and my opinion they are straight up garbage. Lol
