            10 days is CA. Mant FFL go 10 days and release on the next day for a defacto 11 day wait.

            They run concurrently

              I was also in a similar situation as you.

              When I was only a few years old my dad changed my middle and last name.

              The new name is updated on my license but on my birth certificate it wasn't.

              You won't lose your down payment but worse case scenario is you'll have to call the court who changed your name and ask them to send you the documents to that case that say your name was "John Doe" and that you changed it to "Dale Jones"

              Then you give that document to the firearms store and don't worry about using your new name.
