Why even go to all this trouble when binary triggers and that new frt-15 can do nearly the same with zero federal law breaking.

Because those companies won't ship to CA and not legal here either.

not legal in CA. but legal in lots of other states. i can buy a binary trigger and leave it at a buddy's house in NV, then swap out my trigger when i go visit and i'll be 100% legal and won't have worry about going to jail.

but making a lighting link for your AR-15 and installing it is 100% illegal in all 50 states and illegal federally.

Plenty of 3D printer files out there that can get you similar results. Not dog friendly though...

So does having a closet full of coat hangers or piano wire in the garage, a pair of pliers and an ar-15 in the safe equal constructive possession?

those will soon be precursor parts

the only thing you will be able to own will be a rock and only one of those. Don't even think about a sling like David had.

Constructive possession refers to whole guns.. parts aren't whole guns. Especially when the parts won't fit without modification to a gun or the parts.
Parts doesn't mean intent. How do you prove intent.?
