    Ammo trade question

    For ammo sales, does the 500 rounds per 30 days rule apply to trades as well? I'm hoping to trade some .40 S&W for 9mm, but I just sold 500 rounds of ammo 2 days ago. Would I have to wait the 30 days to complete this trade?

      Yes, because the law says "transfer". IN a sale you transfer, in a trade you transfer. You're able to transfer 500 every 30 days.
      Yes you can have 2 C&R 03 FFL's; 1 in California and 1 in a different state.
