Join the national guard.
During the LA riots, almost none of the boots on the ground Guard had magazines.
The story I have always heard is that the commander keeps the mags locked up and can issue them if they actually need them.
Can you imagine being a gun carrying "protector of the people" which puts an automatic target on your back and then not being trusted to be armed?Randall Rausch
