Ugh. Go check the reloading forum. To be legal, you can't ship them. You have to find someone with the proper permits, which isn't easy. I've tried. -
Are they large rifle? If so, I'll save you the hassle and take them off of your handsComment

Today I went and shipped a stock via UPS. While I was there I got to talking to the guy taking packages. He was telling me about a bunch of people sending primers and powder out through his depot without paying hazmat. He said they just have to be declared ORMD. Is he mistaken? If I were to...
What are they? I am interested in buying if it’s small or large pistolComment

Short answer is that you can ship them but only in your car if you drive.
You can't ship primers, only loaded ammo. You can find a haz-mat approved shipper but they usually charge $200-300 to pack and process.

If you put them in brass you can ship them UPS and FedEx but not USPS.Comment

The rules are the same for all states on shipping. Loaded ammo or primed brass can be shipped with an ORM-D sticker. Primers and powder are considered hazardous materials and need to be shipped as such. FedX etal won't accept them from the average joe. They want someone who has been trained in hazardous materials packing and shipping rules to send them.Comment

I suspect some people on gunbroker do also. The hint is the shipping charge they specify is like 20 bucks.Comment
