CA Shooting Ranges - Google Earth update

There is also a 1000yd range known either as the "Tri-County Range" or the "Cuyama Range." I have never made it out there, but they have occasional high power matches. Maybe OCABJ would have exact coordinates. I have just heard it is on the SE side of the CA33-CA166 intersection somewhere around here.

I'll see if I can find it. Maybe someone else here can help narrow down the coordinates.

On a different note, how does one enter that info into GoogleEarth? Can you put a link to instructions on how to do this in the first post? Or maybe do like Redhorse and put a downloadable in the first post?

There are two ranges that I've recently looked at, but I haven't found the coordinates for the Corona range yet.

You're correct as there are different shooting clubs that use the same range for their meets. I can eliminate the dupes though.

It isn't so much that. What one person calls one range, another person calls it something else.
