Finally caved in and got a plastic gun...

I looked at it as returning to my youth. I had plastic guns then too.

I've always liked XD's. They struck me as a quality gun at a good price. More heft than Glock. That being said I really like my plastic Glocks. I shoot them well.

I would probably get one if we were allowed some of the cool out of California configurations.
