I was just down in El paso valuepacks $21.99 I picked up a couple and left at ranch.

Local Wally World had very little oddball calibers, NONE of the common stuff, and mostly 12 gauge turkey loads this week.

And not even any long guns!

Wish we had Academy sports here. It is my go to when in Texas.

I remember the early WALMARTS in CA had Ruger Mini 14's, Beretta M92's , SIG SAUER , etc, but it didnt last long.

Walmart employee told me that the Duarte location was one of the top ammo sellers in SoCal, because it supplied so many ranges in the area. But they stopped selling ammo here.

Most of the stores in the Bay Area never carried ammo. Some of the ones in Solano County and I saw a few way down in the South Bay that did. But anything around my house was no go.

Brea/La Habra Walmart used to have ammo too but now they just have knives. I had not seen any Walmart in California that put ammo back up for sale since they made the announcement.
