I might go check my local Wally World tomorrow. Need a floodlight and a furnace filter - if they have some useful ammo, might as well get a LAST top-off!

Not at the Walmart we have here in North Orange County. They were selling hunting rounds like 308 & 6.5 CM. Those are gone now too.

Yeah, took 45 minutes to do a BG check a while back at Wally World, and I ended up doing a good portion of it as the clerk wasn't up to speed on it, or how to use a computer.

This. AFAIK, they pulled ammo from all CA walmarts to not have to deal with the background checks.
