What cartridge is this?

Name the cartridge - and the firearm it was fired from - and I will send you a free, used, but fully functional, mag well safety block. (for those who don't know what it is or for, it goes in the empty magwell of an AR type lower receiver and keeps the bolt from closing. Removal requires pushing the mag release)
