Recommendation for laser bore sighter

I have sighted by peering through the bore and gotten 3 shot zeroes. 1 on paper, and 2 more to get it exactly right.

I have had rifles that just didnt cooperate, which is why I bought a cheapo laser sighter.

Otherwise, the old school way works 95% of the time.

I used a Redfield 'sight-in' target set at 25 yards, removed the bolt and sighted through the bore. Took three shots to get spot-on. It was a little tough looking through the .223 bore, but it worked.

Went to the 100 yard range and dialed in the scope.
