Well we all bought mags for the time in 2019 so technically they're legal from what I've read. But good luck with that. And nothing I say is necessarily correct.

There are a few manufactures that say use rocksett as it has a higher temp rating but really you should just get a standard break call it a day.

I'm going with a strike industries triple crown and an oppressor when needed.
I just have a hard time spending that much on a useless beauty feature so I ordered a couple thread protectors for 10 bucks. Hopefully mine aren't impossible to get off.

Has anyone with a featureless rifle use a Surefire SOCOM muzzle brake and a Surefire Warden blast regulator?

If you have used the Warden balst regulator, does it do a fairly good job at mitigating the blast concussion?

        1. Treat all guns as if loaded (even when you know they aren't).
        2. Never point the muzzle at anything you aren't willing to destroy.
        3. Keep your finger off the trigger until your sights are on target.
        4. Know your target and what is beyond it (avoid all collateral damage).

This is really something you should search in YouTube for.

There at plenty of videos of people using the warden or the strike industries oppressor.

You might try one of these. It really works.

The Daniel Defense Muzzle Climb Mitigator Gen II redirects propellant gasses through calibrated ports, countering both recoil and muzzle climb.  Less recoil and muzzle climb results in quicker, more precise follow-up shots and reduced fatigue.  Manufactured from aerospace 17-4 stainless steel. Minimal chance of corrosion.  Salt bath nitride finish keeps maintenance to a minimum. The Daniel Defense Muzzle Climb Mitigator Gen II comes in standard length and 1/2 x 28 TPI.

I like that mitigator. My next issue is removing what I call a milspec A2 front sight. It's pinned and doesn't look easy to remove. I have a Sig Red Dot and the front sight is too tall I want to install a flip up. I need to take pics i know.
