I picked up a Berandelli 60 last week and had a blast shooting it for the first time. I am sure they are hard to find though, i was lucky to find one at a vintage store recently.

My vote is for the 238. its my summer carry gun. I shoot it often and unless I screw something up it always goes bang.
I like it alot because it's like a mini 1911 so alot of the functions are familiar to me. Some Hogue grips and the extended mags really make it comfortable.

Shot my wife's S&W 380 Shield EZ yesterday, great gun. I modified the mags, textured the top of the followers with sandpaper, and had zero stovepipes or any kind of issues. Grip safety works great, easy gun to shoot, no wonder my wife likes it.

My P238 has been a sold shooter and while small, the 7rd mags give a more comfortable grip.

The only issues I've had over a couple thousand rounds were some failure to feeds when using flat nose bullets.

This is about the best cure for a pile of .380.

Just a note on the P238 - it's based around the old Colt design, and the Kimber Micro and SA 911 are pretty close to identical - IOW a proven design (and some have found at least some interchangable parts). While there are a few negative "reviews" out there, I've met few people who don't like theirs.

I tested and use the Kimber Micro 7 round mags with mine, they need a slight trim of the base to work /drop perfectly, but I find the straight front of the base extension seems to give me a better grip than the SIG curved profile (curved profile seems to tilt the muzzle down when I grip more tightly, straight profile keeps the gun "level"). Other than that, I'd also suggest the Hogue wrap around grip, I added the ambi safety option, and a TLR6 light/laser is available.

I bought this LC380 by mistake several years ago and never fired it, but I suppose it'd be similar to my LC9

I started out with nothing - and I still have most of it
