Take a deep breathe OP. Lay off the caffeine for the rest of the day and call you FFL tomorrow.

Is there a business next door ?
Been gone too long. It's been 15 to 20 years since i had to shelf my guns. Those early years sucked.
I really miss the good old Pomona Gun Shows.

Bay Area FedEx, UPS, and USPS have all been fudging deliveries, showing delivered when not, Attempted delivery with no contact available (despite people working in their front yards never seeing a truck), and unable to deliver due to no access, rather than admitting they simply ran late. It'll probably show up in a day or two.

Hopefully you had the package insured, though, as thefts do happen.

Not to worry. Some poor, underfunded, more-deserving Anqueefer now has your rifle... and is trying to figure out which end the bullet comes out of...

It's possible that the FFL is closed so he can take care of paperwork and other tasks around the shop without being bugged by customers. Somebody could very well be there to accept deliveries. Signatures are being skipped so that 200 people aren't touching the driver's computer everyday and possibly spreading the COVID.

Contact Atlantic Firearms, they sold and shipped it.

Thankfully the OP is in the Bay Area, and probably won't have to deal with the Bloomington facility.
                      Then said He unto them...
"and he that hath no 1911 designed by my servant John Moses Browning,
let him sell his garment and buy one."
And they said, "Lord, behold, here are two Glocks."
And He said unto them, "Meh, it's a good start."

                      Luke 22:36-38 (somewhat paraphrased)

I went in to my LGS on a Sunday to do CCW recertification once and realized they were supposed to be closed. People were in there doing paperwork and stuff.

OP, step one is to track the package to see if a signature upon delivery was required by the sender. IF sender insured the gun for $500 or more, then FedEx's policy is to require a signature. If a signature was not obtained today, they will make 2 additional attempts to deliver on 2 separate days.

If you have questions, call FedEx for an update. 800-GO-FEDEX. Ask the operator if the shipment was insured and ask if a signature was required. If they say NO, then its very possible the gun was left at a doorstep or wherever your LGS has instructed the package to be left unattended.

Give the time of delivery listed, it seems like a mistake scan was done of the package. Call FedEx to confirm.

You can also ask the FedEx operator to open a "trace" on the package. This can take 24-48 hrs, but you'll get a case number and can follow up again later.

If FedEx confirms the package is lost, then contact Atlantic Arms and ask if what their procedure is. They are the shipper and likely either use FedEx insurance, or they have a 3rd party insurer. Either way, you are not responsible and are entitled to a replacement or a refund - IF the gun is actually lost. You haven't confirmed that yet.

Many FFLs are still accepting shipments although they are closed to customers. Call them tomorrow. Yes, it will be like sitting on pins and needles tonight.

OTOH FedEx did deliver a signature-required document to one of my addresses and they claimed I signed for it when in fact I was 300 miles away.

Fed Ex doesn’t have any proof of deliver of file (signature or name) ? The station can ask the driver when he gets back what he did with it, but you have to talk to the local station and sometimes getting that number from customer service is hard.
