Cheapo freight Apache hard case for pistols

Has anybody tried this case for transporting handuns/magazines?
I'm wondering if there is a similar alternative but slimmer/shorter. (Not as deep). No I won't buy Pelican.

    Interior dimensions: 14-7/8 in. x 10-5/8 in. x 6-1/8 in.

Those Harbor Freight cases are good to go. Get it with a % off coupon.
Case-club uses HF cases on many of their custom cases.

Made in Covid-19 though if that bothers you.

I have one that's a little bigger that I use for my spotting scope and I bought the large rifle model a few weeks ago. They're pretty good for the price. I think the large rifle model was $120.00 OTD..
It takes a lot of balls to play golf the way I do.

A friend had to travel to Florida, going through LAX to Miami. I bought her one of those (a little larger model), carefully packed four large handguns inside with various magazines, accessories, and ammo, locked it up, and off they went. NO problems at all, and she can now mail the box back for another trip in which her son will repeat the process. For the $$, those seem to be very good.

Bought a smaller one to store my watches. Solid for the price point.

They been pretty busy lately. I was at the one on Sierra and Merrell (I think that's Fontana) yesterday, I needed a Hammer drill. Only one register open and a line to the back of the store.

They have been dead around here. I bought a floor model trailer tongue box that was marked down from 125 to 78 and they let me use my 20% off on top of that. Brought it down to about 1/2 price. I did have to spend $6 bucks at Home Depot for a new lock since they didn't have the keys.

Recent increase in prices on all items, poor quality control, and double recall on jacks might have lessened their competitive impact vs HD and Lowes.

Yeah I went from 4 floor jacks to 2 down to zero. Still looking for replacements.

Same at my local store. 3 registers open. And for some reason pictures keep getting rotated.
