Why would anyone want one if one cannot fire it fully automatic?

It's just too big and heavy for an ordinary semi-automatic. You would be better off with buying a less expensive light weight semi.

I would stay away from Armslist, it's a scammers paradise. Most of the pics in the ads are stolen from gunbroker or other forums.

I haven't found that to be the case.

Armslist, Ar15.com, northeastfiresrms, Arizona sites and FN.net are all the same. Even calguns. I do deals on many sites all over the US. You just have to weed out the bad folks and that's with all sites, including calguns. I can smell a scam a mile away.
