Same as people people buying a high end hunting rifle. i had a T3 7mm outbox shooting 1/2 moa, within 400 yard i barely need adjust point of aim.

So I bought it on the spot, the guy on counter told me most people in W covina are poor and prob why it didn't sell yet. Mine came with the .308 acog total price was around 10k. Sometimes you get lucky.
