Its pretty easy to know. If you didn't personally register the gun and take photos in the last round or do anything in the earlier rounds many years ago then its likely not a RAW.

NO, THE STATE CANNOT GIVE MORE GUIDANCE.
Everything the state has touched has turned to ****e. They care not one poopy lick about the 2A, or anyone who wishes to exercise it.
If we patriots wish to continue our legacy, these repulsive laws about letting children and grandchildren learn to use our firearms need to be defied.

Three is still a bit young; a helpful path would be teaching her to follow basic directions in everyday life skills. Be patient, as some angels catch on at different times as others. Also, their attention spans are short, so keep that in mind.
One thing I did when mine were toddlers, was to place a rifle up on the dining room wall (unloaded, single rifle rack), so it was in view much like a picture or other form of decoration. Children remember visual things, and this helped to normalize the presence of weapons. Now we have hunting spears, that they own.

I have done the same thing for my oldest two. Now my third round, my youngest is 4 and I feel like I've gotten off a little bit late to the game. She has just seen guns around all of her life in our house and I need to start putting them in places like her bedroom and even her bed which is what I did with my oldest two. They would learn to find a gun and they would come yelling for Dad rather than playing with it and touching it. I knew the length of time it was in there and kind of time things to see how long they would linger around the gun without saying something to me first. It was never longer than just a few seconds once they knew it was there.

If you aren't taught how to shoot a gun by age 6, then you have to wait until the 13th birthday before allowing to shoot.

My dad realized my curiosity for his guns when I was near that age also. Took me to the backyard with a .25 pistol and we fired off a few rounds while explaining the realities of firearms. Even had me shoot a squirrel with a BB gun- I killed it and felt terrible. He made it a teaching moment about shooting a person/or accidental discharge.

His method of teaching me, in hindsight was a little dexter-esque and I would do it differently with my own, but it worked nonetheless.
I never had a desire to secretly play with his guns or show them off to my friends like they did when we were kids.
