Big L. Potts is good in my book albeit weak packaging sometimes.

Good packaging comes from grafs and powder valley.

I bought a bunch of bullets from a vendor in Idaho last month...they shipped them out on the 28th....the post office has been sitting on them in Sacramento since the 3rd of this month......it's not the companies fault my order is sitting idle.

Should I expect the company to send someone out from Idaho and go get my bullets and bring them to me? Cut them some slack

I've ordered from midway plenty of times. The only remotely negative thing I can say is that their free shipping doesn't transit as quickly as Amazon's but product has always shipped within a day or two. That includes freedom week where I purchased several mags that came within a week.

I've read thru the thread a couple times and Im not still not seeing what OP's issue is.

              Midway good to go

                Definitly a First World problem.

Most places on earth people jump with joy if they even have any such suppliers who stock a Bazillion parts for almost every gun.

Some get upset if the local vendor shipped slow in the middle of a pandemic.
I'm just glad midway, brownells, and same type are still around and open.

As a business owner, I say cut them some slack. It is very difficult to keep things rolling along with all the covid 19 stuff going on. Tons of additional paperwork, meetings with employees, getting ahold of masks and gloves, and so on.
Plus, if anybody gets exposed to someone with covid they have to take time off and so does everybody that works with them. Its a nightmare and I feel fortunate to have survived it so far.
If a few work items fall thru the cracks, so be it. We are just trying to keep the doors open and workers working.

                    Thanks Midway, UPS, & USPS...
Add me in with the same status. My small order has been sitting at the post office for two days.

I have had several Midway orders over the past few weeks. Most of them were fine. They were shipped UPS from Midway to my door.

My last order they shipped with a USPS/UPS hybrid and it got delayed for a week. The shipment was sent UPS from Midway to my local USPS distribution center. Once at the distribution center it sat for almost a week before it moved to my local post office then out for delivery. I had selected UPS shipping not UPS/USPS.

My guess is that the same thing happened to other people and they got complaints.

It was UPS's fault, not Midways. I ordered something from Midway and Amazon on the same day. Both orders were two weeks late, due to the shipping company. Midway refunded my money when I requested it.

I’m still mad about Sears; I can’t start with Midway now...

I stopped giving Midway my business nearly a decade ago for their desire to enforce laws that do not exist, they cannot cite, nor provide information on where they think these "laws" come from. I just decided to assume they no longer wanted the approximately $3K or so of annual business I once did with them.

It's not like there weren't other vendors who were more than happy to take their place - at better prices no less. They are not missed by me in the least. The day of Internet companies not having competition is long in the past.

Their customer service sucks, I wrote them off a few years ago... they are dead to me...
