    Well, no, not quite. That does seem to the long-term goal.

    Guns that are transferred require some kind of notification to CA-DOJ. The common notification is DROS; others are things through CFARS, and paper reports such as intrafamilial transfer, inheritance, C&R acquisitions, New Resident.
