So far the best fin I've seen it there strike industries mega fin. Off set to give you the most grip possible and an integrated thumb shelf.
That said if you have large hands I prefer the high back thumb over designs. Resurgent Arms, sparrow arms, featureless arms liberal. They are all different takes in the same idea of a straight back design.
