Buying/selling firearms frequency question

    Both. The actual thing that gets flagged is delivery of 2 handguns or 2 rifles (>.22). The 3 handguns i picked up were one dealer stock and 2 PPT. Still got flagged.

          It's a requirement imposed on FFLs; since most transfers in CA are required to use an FFL, it applies to all those transfers.

            Does a straight trade, with no money exchanged, count as a sale toward the 5 allowed per year?
