Purchased a gun from them recently. Got to my FFL fairly quickly. They were not the cheapest for the gun but was the only one that had it in stock. Overall experience was positive. To me they don't seem like they type of site that caters to the cheaper crowd. They're more of middle of the road in price.

Total ****ing bull****, made a complaint and probably will not be conducting business with them again. I've ordered from them in the past and have never had that happen. Anyone else deal with them and have a negative experience?
OP if you are looking for the LOWEST price for an item, you should expect the WORST service.

When they raised the prices, that pretty much put my order out of my price range for what i was willing to pay. Yeah, most of you are saying its only a dollar or two difference. Well that dollar or two can make a huge difference. Yes, their prices do fluctuate from time to time. But today, I had the money for it and when the price went up like it did, i could no longer afford it.

If they would of just said...Hey, we're sorry about that, yes we'll honor the price...I wouldn't have posted this. So, I'm not being a Karen, only stating that, that's what they should of have done.

I guess you hafta weigh GaG HAVING the mags, albeit at higher than advertised price, vs. SAYING they have the mags, and NEVER seeing them, ever.

I ordered eight (8) thirty rd. PMags from DSA in late '08 - a similar panic then, as today - as the OBAMANATION was en route to insurrection. They were one of the few places that SAID they had them "in-stock!"

Almost 12 years later... and I'm STILL waiting on those Gen. 1 mags.

Needless to say, I've never ordered anything from them since.

double check them after a few days, as previous poster mentioned it is an active stock price changes. I have purchased 3 hard to find S&W PC revolvers, not the cheapest, but shipped in less than a week.

If yo want cheap, go to Kygunco or Bud's. What's the point of cheap if they'll never have what you want in stock. GrabAGun doesn't seem like they cater to that crowd. Their prices are middle to slightly higher but they have it in stock.

Arguing with a CSR is similar to protesting in the street... what does it accomplish? Maybe a manager might make a concession, usually nothing. Real change can only happen through voting, either at a ballot box, or voting with your wallet. There are dozens, maybe hundreds of online stores selling the same part / same gun. If a company chooses to put up artificial barriers or bad policies and is not open to listening to reason and logic, I will take my business elsewhere. Why reward negative behavior with your hard earned dollars? If that makes me a Karen, so be it.

I called in an order for a Ruger PCC 9mm (American flag model) with threaded barrel. I wanted to speak with the CSR and to tell them to just hold the 17rd mag, since it was not worth my time/money for my FFL to block a Ruger mag, since I would strictly run Glock mags.

Later that day, I get an email from the manager that they are cancelling my order because, by policy, they don't ship centerfire semi rifles with threaded barrels to CA. This rifle had a thread protector. He acknowledged that the thread protector did not make it an AW, but he said it's company policy and there were no exceptions to be made.

F 'em sideways. I ordered the same rifle from gunbuyer.com without any issues. I'll never throw them a penny ever again.

                            They must not like you.
I bought two American Flag PCC 9mm with threaded muzzle and they took magazines out without an issue in January and shipped to my FFL.

giaking, what was the time interval between putting the items in your cart and checking out? Was there a significant time that elapsed, such as days?

Just like Calamity, I usually check out within minutes after putting the items in the cart.

There also was time when I could not decide and put some items in my cart add another online store, and got distracted. Days later, when I found the tab still open on my phone, I tried to check out and the prices have gone up. Most likely because it was the item was no longer on sale, or the next batch was priced higher.

I have bought quite a few items from GrabAGun and never had pricing issues with them. Usually they are one of the better priced stores, especially when it comes to complete firearms.
