I bought from Optics Planet years ago and didn't have a problem. That said Midway is a big sponsor of the NRA annual convention!

Personally I prefer to buy from gun culture companies who help further RKBA !

The fact Midway is so progun is the reason democrats hate them. Im not saying people should trigger democrats deliberately, but look how they treat gun owners in New York, california, Illinois and every other place they have power !

I had a Geissele trigger show up from Optics Planet recently and I did not remember ordering one from them. I looked back through my email and I discovered I had ordered that trigger from them 4 months ago...

My 2nd most recent order from OP included maybe 5 components and it took 4 months to get them all. Most recently I ordered a barrel from them and it'll supposedly be here in less than 2 weeks total time and they say it shipped already. They can have great prices plus coupons and OP bucks, makes for good deals if you can wait.

Overall I've never had a problem other than slow shipping some times.

OP has worked out just fine for me. I've had as many bugaboos from Brownell's , Classic Firearms, PSA and Midway.
Sometimes, stuff just happens.
Gotta learn to cope.

Wow! 10-days after placing my order with OpticsPlanet has just been shipped... Even if there was an initial estimate of 4~6 weeks...

I guess I am just lucky with OpticsPlanet... *knock on wood*
Hence, still coming back to them... (especially when I can get a 10% off coupon, if needed)

Can't wait for my new ALS holster... And since I didn't expect it to arrive this soon, need to also place an order for G-Code magazine pouches.

Most gun owners are primarily motivated by price, before quality or experience. So it makes sense that a lot of people are willing to deal with a lousy ordering experience to save a few dollars vs an honest retailer that supports our fight here in CA.

The reason I will never give them another dime is that they have self-regulated items that are unregulated here in California. For example, they will not ship uppers with flash hiders or flash hiders to California. Both of which are completely legal to purchase, own and use.

This is an anti-2a policy and they should not be supported, even for an 11% coupon (return to line 1 of this post)
