I think it's just the rear takedown pin and bolt catch. Should be cheap to buy those. Try to find a video of the installation for your mag lock and see what parts they remove... that might be the easiest way to know for sure.

To remove the mag lock, you need a bolt catch assembly and rear takedown pin.
To make it legal after removing the mag lock, you need to remove the flash suppressor, pistol grip, and make the stock non-collapsible. You can put a muzzle brake on, a featureless grip, and a stock stopper to prevent the stock from collapsing.Where the people fear the government you have tyranny.
