No, FFL explicitly requires a lock with a receipt within the past 30 days. Even when transferring a bent piece of metal (receiver), a copy of the receipt was made.

Now I didn't find this reply humorous in the least. I think that if my replies to this thread are required give the OP a chuckle ,then I require the same of him.
And as for "getting a life" ,I have a great one,and it isn't spent in a police station trying to hustle a $3.00 lock from a 501-c-3 so I don't have to buy one at Wal-Mart for $5.00 and get a receipt . It takes a real yahoo to pull that stunt. Grow up and get a clue. {they are $8.00 at Wal-Mart }and you get a receipt.
