BIG 5 does transfers

I PPT transferred a M1a at a Big5, the guy doing it freaked out a little. I could tell he really didn't want to do it. He said he would not transfer it if he wasn't totally comfortable with it, then looked it over for any way to call it illegal. I assured him it was ok, and in the end he did it.
