^ You got that all correct. It was a photo opportunity during a North Korean Beach Invasion training. I really thought the Daewoo rifles were going to get some other Calguns members guessing.

I know Daewoo firearms are popular with some members and how many armies around the globe use their rifles? I don't know the answer but I don't think it's a lot. ( because we probably give away M16s by the boatload for every one plane or missile bought. "Military aid", Russia does it, China does it, everybody does it.)


The multiple green Shrubbery type UFOs were a Jim Henson invented War weapon that only South Korea bought into.
I think the fact that he wanted to call them Death Muppets put a lot of countries off the whole idea.
They fly in low like drones and then land on the ground disguised as a shrubbery using their cameras scout the areas ahead of the landing craft / invasions.

The big benefit that the South Korean government saw and why they purchased so many of them was because if North Korean citizens saw flying shrubbery they knew better than to report something or they would end up in the North Korean long mental institution

Okay you got us, we can't keep any secrets here... the skinny shy, loner guy in the back has an M-240 B , air-cooled, light machine gun.
The guy lying down, has a M4 Style mocked up AR-15, with the cheapest $17 "Chinese-highqruality optics" he could get his mom to buy from from opticsplanet ( but it only took him three years to get it delivered).
The big guy calling in for the brownie dust off has what I'm guessing is a Smith & Wesson 1006 semi-automatic pistol, in 10mm, that he had cerakoted "gunmetal black" because the internet said that it's stainless steel was going to rust.

Weapon Modifications: All airsoft conversions, sometimes it's just for the best.
( like in this photo where he's pointing his pistol at his friend.)

Sights: Fighter pilots basement has been mentioned many times as being a really lovely sight to see. I think someone even mentioned free polish dogs.

Communications: mainly use PMS but some here call them by other initials, like DMs. Or even put offers for firearms right in the sales marketing posting that clearly says "Do not post in this thread!!!!"

Protective Gear: Whatever the cheapest sheeet is you can find. (It's not like as if our life is on the line.)

Clothing: 511 underwear, Rothco chinese-made BDU sets, Surplus European military outfits, that were only used once for bio and chemical testing. And some stuff left over from Halloween when we were kids.

Color / Camo Pattern: we mix it up, tiger stripe, Woodland, big pimping in his mink fur coat, sweet zoot suits for the Cuban, desert tan, dirt Brown, Presidential tan, skinny white jeans, exposed abs, Realtree camo for the hunters, Ghillie hunting suits for the zombie hunters and just generally whatever you're comfortable in.

But Never completely naked!

Thank you, I appreciate that but it's really not a "write-up" because I use voice to text so it's more just like a bunch of babbling.

And I was really hoping this thread was going to have other people posting photographs, maybe from their
" old war days " (on the couch after fighting with the wife) or some unique or high-tech weaponry that would be hard to guess but I guess posting a photo is just too hard , especially during these toilet paper heavy lockdown days.

I get it, I've been there.
