There is no way the M1 Carbine can meet the length requirements on a folding stock alone, how are you going to increase the length to 30'' stock folded?

He is going to have to pin the stock. That would be one UGLY barrel extension.

Why does the carbine need a mag lock again?

If one wants to put the paratroop folding stock and pistol grip on it, it would need a mag lock. However, the standard paratrooper isn't long enough to not be considered an AW by length. One has to pin the folding stock which seems like a waste.

Unless you put a tasteful barrel extension for CA. Hmmmmmmmmm What would that look like?

How is the muzzle extension 100% non damaging to the gun, yet "permanent". I would like to have a working paratrooper, but so far see no way around either fixing the stock, or altering the barrel. Nice idea on the maglock.
