    WileyX Rocks

I started using them on my first class at FrontSight, and really liked them.

So, one of the arms for my Top Jimmie snapped around the neck strap loop.

Luckily I had another pair of Top Jimmie (one pair of sunglasses per car), so I procrastinated and finally got around to calling them on Monday.

Given the unpleasant experience that my wife has had with Maui Jim regarding a warranty claim, I was ready. I got my serial number, receipt, etc, and etc.

So I called and told the warranty lady my problem, without asking for anything, no serial number, no faxing of my receipt, no asking me where I bought the glasses, she asked for my address, and today, the arms showed up, and my sunglasses is fixed.

Oh, and my wife loves her WileyX too. Way better than the 4 times more expensive Maui Jim that she had.

OHH!! Sunglasses!! Sorry I must be way out of the sunglass loop 'cause for a few seconds there I didn't quite know what you were talking about.

I was thinking this Jimmie guy was at Frontsight and broke his arm on some ones neck. OUCH!
Then I see your wife had a bad experience with Maui Jim and I was like " me too!! His bags never weighed out."
Glad they had great service for you.

I thought it relevant since the topic of sunglasses comes up here quite a bit.

I've got a pair of Wiley X gloves that they've replaced twice now. Damn things keep ripping and aren't holding up to the most basic wear, despite being "kevlar lined throughout." I'm less than enthused about the gloves, but the service has been stellar and I'll definitely buy more from them in the future.
