Out of state (in the most rural areas) PMC bronze (556/223) is $6.95 to $9.95 for a box of 20 rounds, as it should be. It's not worth a dime more, regardless of demand which again is low in out of state towns.

I don't condone anything illegal and my posts are an FYI so Californians are aware.
I never posted any excuse for anything I posted the fact of whats happening and going to happen when you have supply/demand issues. Fact is your going to pay more for what is in limited supply no matter what it is gas beans or bullets. By the way it's happening in lots of other states and in small rural areas just the same, you should check those low population areas more you'll find that out, I did,

We can all piss & moan all we want but like it or not, the price of ammo & firearms will continue to rise in the upcoming months.

Added to the multiple reasons why, are thousands of 1st time firearm owners. They could care less about the price. If they find it at any price, they will buy it. This is especially true with the main food groups, 9mm, .38spl, .223 / 5.56, 12gs & 22LR.

My best advice to my fellow gunners would be, if you find ammo in any of your favorite calibers, hold your nose & buy it. Properly stored, it will last your lifetime.

I've been shooting for 50 years. Seen allot regarding ammo & firearm prices. Whats happening now is not an "Obama run on guns & ammo" thing. Its worst, much worst. Will it calm down? Yes it will. How long will that take? I don't know, nobody does.

      Take care, stay safe.

I stocked up a ton in 2016 when the election and the impending prohibition on internet sales was incoming.

I could sell that stuff now for about what I paid for it back then.

          LAX Ammo has 9 X 19 Browning 115 gr ball @ $240 for 1000 rounds.

Just got the email this morning.

I don't shoot 9, but wanted to let those that do know.

I'll say this again and again, people better pay attention to the world around them and act accordingly. People that wait to get something when it's clearly going to be or is a issue of importance will get no sympathy, they had the chance and now have to do the dance. Hang in there.

So how's Calguns gonna' fix that, and who's gonna' be the one that sets the official Calguns price to make you happy?

Read the post below...sit on your tail and do nothing, or give yourself some assurance and insurance on running low and/or paying more than you think you should.

I'd say it's a good lesson for some about doing nothing 'til it gets a bit late. I agree about implementation...impossible to do on a firearms forum. Personally I don't believe ammo is going down in price once we see light at the end of the corona tunnel.

Yep, but we can spread the word to the newbs to buy low when possible to avoid future complications. Ammo is scarce for the time being. People will still buy given some are getting new firearms.

Pretty sure that’s the point of a free market. eBay already charges taxes on used items which is crap. Don’t tell me what I can or can’t sell my items for in a private market place. As stated 100 times before, it’s supply and demand. If you’re buying when supply is low and demand is high, sucks to be you.
